((305)) is the hottest new workout in New York City. A 45-minute-long class with a focus on high-intensity rhythmic cardio. The Class features sprint intervals, sculpting, and a stretch cooldown. The Class will torch between 500 - 900 calories per session. Music blasts the whole time! Expect a lotta of Miami moves, jumping jacks, and non-stop smiling. You're gonna be sore for dayzzz.
